Spinfield Mount - Marlow
In February 2024, we commenced the project by clearing a 1950s bungalow and the entire site. From there, we’ve dedicated ourselves into constructing this 4,000 square foot, one-and-a-half story modern smart home, featuring a luxurious grand hall with a stunning feature staircase. This fully automated home is equipped with an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, a state-of-the-art cinema room, a full AV system, and is being finished with comprehensive landscaping design to the front and rear, including a new garden room.
